Selling my house to preparation for a big move across country was a huge endeavor. My house was my baby that I had fixed up with my own hands over the course of 17 years. Dawn and Corey were so incredible during this transition time of very high anxiety for me. Their knowledge and guidance were invaluable in the entire process from start to finish. I would gladly recommend both Corey and Dawn. I remember meeting Corey about 2 years before I actually bought my first home. The market was very different then. While I had to postpone my search at that time, Corey was extremely patient and helpful navigating the competitive Seattle housing market. As I went to restart my search again, I called Corey and he was ready and willing to help. He provided his expertise and honest opinions. Corey did a fantastic job negotiating the purchase on our new home. My wife found the home during an open house and we wrote the offer through Corey. He helped get the offer accepted quite a bit lower than their asking price. Dawn did a great job helping us get our old home ready to show for the open house and the photos for the listing. We got several offers and more than we were asking for. During the inspection, it came up that we had a sewer line issue, Corey was very helpful contacting Metropolitan Sewer to come out and fix it for less than what we were expecting. I have since referred Corey and Dawn to several people.
